Corey Ribotsky – NIR Group

As the managing member of the NIR Group of Roslyn New York, Corey Ribotsky was interviewed for Entrepreneur Magazine, in July, 2008. The focus of the interview was on proceeding with caution when investing in private investments in public equities, otherwise known as PIPES. Experiencing a surge in their activity, PIPES seem to be becoming more popular among investors. But Ribotsky advises due diligence before jumping into these types of deals.
